Forgive me for taking time to answer your question. Some answers require a little more thought than others. I like to really think about my answers for questions like this because I want to be as transparent and honest as I can, and also give you something tangible that you can use or at least carry with you. For I understand this sickness and how deep the pain and sadness go, even when one feels on top of the world -(the manic). I respect the healing work and power that has touched and made my life better, and I seek to honor it with my words, thoughts, and actions. The answer may be very simple in the end, but sometimes less is more. Thanks for being patient.
